I had a very positive experience at Valley Hot Spring Spas! My salesman, Jeff, was and continues to be helpful and informative. He was not pushy to get the sale, but instead allowed my wife and I time to decide which spa would work best for us. He's been very responsive to all of my calls and texts as I've learned to become familiar with the tub we purchased.

I have a long history with Valley Hot Springs. I purchased my Tiger River Hot Springs spa in 2005. It was a smooth purchase and the installation was quick and completed right on the time we were given. Any time I called with questions, they were very helpful with clear explanations.

Valley Hot Springs is a five star location from the moment I walked in Diane was exceptional. I am not the easiest of customers with all of my many questions and concerns, however, Diane has answered all of them with her expertise and now I am a very happy owner of a Hot Springs spa. Diane also coordinated the delivery as well as the electrician the same day! Kolie, you rock too! I will be more than happy to refer friends and family to this location and look forward to continuing business with them!
